I have been on this discovery journey of self and soul realisation since my early twenties and am still in awe of its magic – hence my wish to share this profound intrinsic experience!

I have always been a ‘deep’ person. Naturally an Empath, Intuitive and Seer, I am able to relate easily with people and their stories. I sense feelings and atmospheres and just ‘know’ and ‘see through’ things. People often share with me, regardless of how well we know each other and I love being able to help inspire and empower.

I walk my talk privately and professionally, having been in the darkness myself many times since a young age. I have loved and lost in many ways, which has ingrained in me the importance of life. Growing up I felt different and was often misunderstood. So I had to find “My Way” and over the years I have learned to know, trust and love who I am. I am grateful to be able to live my Soul’s path, know that the Universe has my back, that I am here, now, for a reason and try to live life to the fullest and best of my ability.

And so, the therapy I offer is a richly weaved tapestry of all of this, my personal and professional experience of over 25 years, along with my continual explorations of living our “Truth”, awakened Consciousness, integrating our core interconnected Spiritual Divinity and becoming the embodiment of our True Whole Selves.
